About Red Sea Global and Corallium

Red Sea Global (RSG) is developing Corallium, a new attraction at Amaala’s Triple Bay. Corallium aims to provide visitor experiences focused on marine education, environmental regeneration, and immersive storytelling. It operates with the goal of setting a global standard in ocean experience and stewardship, aligning with RSG’s vision for responsible tourism, sustainability, and regeneration.

Role Overview

The Specialist - Retail will deliver retail experiences by assisting guests in a professional manner, reflecting the attraction's values. This full-time role involves processing point-of-sale transactions, offering product recommendations, and supporting the cross-promotion of Corallium's activities to enhance guest experience and drive revenue. This position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, adhering to attraction service standards.
• Assist guests with product inquiries, providing accurate information to aid purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including various payment methods.
• Actively cross-sell and upsell retail products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Promote and cross-sell the attraction's wider activities and offerings to encourage guest participation and increase revenue.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space, ensuring products are displayed correctly and shelves are stocked.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels, reporting low inventory to the supervisor promptly.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
• Adhere to all cash handling procedures and ensure till accuracy at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Participate in stock counts, audits, and inventory checks as required.
• Comply with all health, safety, and operational policies and procedures.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to process accurate point-of-sale transactions.
• Experience in providing product recommendations and supporting sales initiatives.
