Job Title: IT Finance Manager
Department: IT Finance
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage IT Finance, Vendor Management, invoicing and telecom expenses.
- Manage IT contracts, renewals, amendments and financial commitments.
- Manage vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Manage service charges, accruals, amortization, WIP accounts and P&L reporting.
- Support IT budgeting, forecasting and cost control activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial, procurement and governance policies.
- Manage and develop the IT Finance and Vendor Management team.
- Resolve contract and invoice-related issues, discrepancies, and payment delays.
- Handle vendor escalations related to contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and vendors to resolve contractual and financial issues.
- Identify financial risks and cost optimization opportunities.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field.
- Around 5 years of experience
