As Senior Manager - Development, you will play a key role in driving major development initiatives from early planning through execution. You will help shape decisions that influence project direction, delivery strategy, and overall development outcomes while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale development projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through delivery milestones
- Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments to support development decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 9-12 years of experience managing large-scale real estate or development projects, including mixed-use and large-scale masterplan developments
- Strong experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external delivery partners
- Experience working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and senior internal decision-makers
- Hands-on experience with Excel-based financial modeling or reporting platforms such as Power BI
- Native-level English proficiency

بصفتك مدير أول - التطوير، ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في قيادة مبادرات التطوير الكبرى من التخطيط المبكر حتى التنفيذ. ستساعد في صياغة القرارات التي تؤثر على اتجاه المشروع واستراتيجية التسليم ونتائج التطوير الإجمالية مع العمل وثيقًا مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والشركاء الخارجيين طوال دورة حياة المشروع.

- قيادة التخطيط والتنفيذ الشامل للمشاريع التطويرية الكبرى
- إدارة ميزانيات المشاريع والجداول الزمنية والمخاطر ومحاذاة أصحاب المصلحة من مختلف التخصصات
- التنسيق بين المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين والاستشاريين والمقاولين عبر مراحل التسليم الرئيسية
- إجراء دراسات الجدوى وتقييمات السوق لدعم قرارات التطوير
- ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية ومعايير الجودة وحوكمة المشاريع
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية، الهندسة المدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة من 9 إلى 12 عامًا في إدارة المشاريع العقارية أو التطويرية الكبرى، بما في ذلك التطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات والمخططات العامة الشاملة ذات النطاق الواسع
- خبرة قوية في وضع ميزانيات المشاريع والجداول الزمنية وإدارة المخاطر
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة الفرق متعددة الوظائف وشركاء التسليم الخارجيين
- خبرة في العمل الكثيف مع المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين والاستشاريين والمقاولين وكبار صناع القرار الداخليين
- خبرة عملية في النمذجة المالية المستندة إلى Excel أو منصات إعداد التقارير مثل Power BI
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى اللغة الأم
