About Milh (https://www.milh.app/)

Milh is a Saudi SaaS platform building operational tools for restaurants, cafés, and food & beverage businesses.

Instead of forcing businesses into one large system, Milh is built around independent applications that can be used individually or together.

Today, Milh includes three applications:

Recipes Management

Helps food businesses standardize recipes, calculate food costs, manage ingredients, scale recipes, document preparation procedures, and track nutrition and allergens.

Purchases Management

Helps businesses manage purchase orders, suppliers and item catalogs, digitize invoices, monitor ingredient price changes, and understand purchasing and supplier spending.

Waiting List

A digital queue system that allows guests to join from their phones while giving restaurant teams a live queue board, guest notifications, and waiting-list management tools.

Customers can start with the application they need and add the others as their operation grows.

All applications are available with a 30-day free trial.

The Opportunity

We have built the products. Now we are looking for someone who can help us answer the next major question:

How do we turn Milh into a repeatable, scalable B2B SaaS business?

We are hiring a hands-on Growth & Sales Manager to take ownership of customer acquisition and commercial growth.

This is not a traditional sales representative position. You will not be given a list of leads and a script to follow.

We want someone capable of discovering who we should sell each product to, how we should reach them, what message resonates with them, what makes them buy, and how we can repeat that process efficiently.

You will work directly with the founders and have significant freedom to test, learn, and build Milh's go-to-market strategy.

What You Will Own

1. Go-to-Market Strategy

Develop the go-to-market strategy for Milh and for each application individually.

Different products may require different customers, messages and acquisition channels.

You will:

  • Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for each application.
  • Identify the restaurant and F&B segments with the strongest need for each product.
  • Determine who the actual decision-maker is: owner, operations manager, chef, purchasing manager, branch manager, or another role.
  • Develop positioning and messaging for each customer segment.
  • Identify the strongest entry product for different types of businesses.
  • Develop strategies for cross-selling additional Milh applications after acquisition.

2. Customer Acquisition

You will test and evaluate different ways of acquiring customers.

This may include:

  • Outbound prospecting
  • Direct restaurant outreach
  • WhatsApp
  • Phone sales
  • Product demonstrations
  • Google Ads
  • Meta and Snapchat
  • Content and educational marketing
  • Partnerships
  • Referrals
  • Restaurant technology partners
  • POS and ecosystem partnerships
  • Industry events
  • Other channels you believe are worth testing

We are not committed to any single acquisition channel.

3. Sales

In the beginning, you should be comfortable selling the product yourself.

You will:

  • Build the initial sales pipeline.
  • Identify and approach potential customers.
  • Qualify opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer problems before recommending a product.
  • Follow up with prospects.
  • Handle objections.
  • Close paying customers.
  • Document successful sales approaches.
  • Build the sales playbook that future team members can follow.

As Milh grows, this process may eventually become the foundation for a larger sales team.

4. Free Trial → Paid Customer

Every Milh application includes a 30-day free trial.

Getting someone to register is therefore only the beginning.

You will work to understand and improve the complete journey:

Visitor → Registration → Trial → Activation → Regular Usage → Paid Subscription → Retention

You will identify where potential customers drop off and work with the product team to improve activation and conversion.

Success is not measured by how many people create accounts.

Success is measured by how many businesses find enough value in Milh to pay for it and continue

5. Growth Experiments

We expect experimentation.

You should be comfortable saying:

"I believe this customer segment has this problem, and this message and channel will acquire them efficiently. Here is how I will test that hypothesis."

Then test it.

Measure it.

And either scale it or kill it.

We value fast, disciplined experimentation more than long marketing plans based on assumptions.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of:

  • B2B SaaS
  • SaaS Growth
  • B2B Sales
  • Business Development
  • Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Performance Marketing with commercial ownership

You should be:

  • Commercially minded.
  • Analytical.
  • Comfortable with numbers.
  • Comfortable speaking directly with customers.
  • Able to sell.
  • Able to experiment.
  • Able to operate without a predefined playbook.
  • Curious about why customers behave the way they do.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions.
  • Focused on revenue rather than marketing activity.

Arabic and English proficiency is strongly preferred.

Strong Advantages

Experience in any of the following is particularly valuable:

  • Restaurant technology
  • Restaurant POS systems
  • Food-cost management
  • Restaurant purchasing/procurement

Why Milh?

This is an early-stage role with significant ownership.

You will work directly with the founders.

You will have the freedom to test ideas.

You will influence product positioning, pricing, acquisition, sales and ultimately how the company grows.
