• Adherence to company and department policies, goals and procedures.

• Conduct routine and periodic inspections to all Refrigeration’s Air-conditioning system including offices as well as fixed cool rooms, refrigeration plants etc.

• Receive Work Orders and perform work to the required high standard quality of workmanship.

• Responsible for installation and modification of all cold room units, split type, fan coils, package and ducted split a/c.

• Make sure that all cold rooms are in working condition and as per the Hygiene standards.

• To work efficiently and harmony with fellow staff as well as to other member or section in Technical Department.

• Co-ordinate with the staff, customers in matters related to the required task.

• Observe general personal safety by proper utilization of signage such as (Sorry for Inconvenience, Work under Repair, Danger Deep Excavation etc.).

• Maintain housekeeping and tidiness of workshop and working area by proper disposal of scrapped materials.

• Performs balancing of air conditioning system/sub-systems, cold air ducts / dampers and controls.

• Performs instrumentation and repair on refrigeration, air conditioning, plant and associated facilities.

• Assist Technician in implementation of familiarization/apprenticeship / craft skill training for Saudi Nationals and newly recruit or hired staff.

• Generate materials / spare parts for Ref and Air-conditioning system inclusive their major component.

• Respond and entertain service calls on malfunction Split type A/C, Window type A/C for staff satisfaction while staying or enjoying their day off.

• Submit end of Shift Report on regular basis.
