Bachelor’s degree in engineering (relevant discipline)
Experience in training, competency assessment, mentoring, or technical evaluation
Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the technical area of the Refining, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries
Experience and knowledge in handling and operating plant start-up and shutdown procedures.
