Supervise the installation, alignment, connection and testing of central golf-irrigation pump stations, including vertical-turbine pumps, jockey pumps, VFDs, headers, valves and associated equipment. Inspect intake systems, treated-sewage-effluent filtration skids, fertigation and chemical-dosing units, lake-circulation systems, aerators, fountains and related mechanical equipment. Oversee the installation of pressurized HDPE irrigation mainlines and lateral lines, including trench preparation, pipe bedding, thrust restraint, valve chambers and air-release assemblies. Monitor HDPE electrofusion and butt-fusion activities and verify welder qualifications, approved procedures, joint records and equipment calibration. Witness hydrostatic pressure, leakage, flushing and disinfection tests and verify results against approved acceptance criteria. Supervise clubhouse mechanical installations, including chillers, pumps, air-handling units, fan-coil units, ductwork, ventilation systems and controls. Inspect plumbing, water-supply, drainage, sanitary and stormwater installations for compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Supervise fire-protection installations, including fire pumps, sprinkler networks, hose reels, hydrants, valves and associated testing. Review and process mechanical Requests for Inspection and Work Inspection Requests and maintain accurate inspection, testing and quality-control records. Verify that delivered mechanical materials and equipment correspond with approved submittals, specifications, performance requirements and manufacturers recommendations. Coordinate mechanical installations with civil, structural, electrical, irrigation, landscape and architectural works and promptly resolve site-interface issues. Identify defective or nonconforming work, issue observations or nonconformance reports and verify completion of corrective actions. Witness HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing, equipment start-up, pump-performance testing and other pre-commissioning activities. Support integrated mechanical commissioning, functional-performance testing, snagging, defect correction and final handover. Review contractor redline markups and support the verification of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, test certificates and mechanical closeout records.
