Job Details

Supervise on-site installation of fire protection systems, fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants and related MEP works

  • Ensure construction complies with approved shop drawings, technical specifications and Saudi standards

  • Monitor site quality, safety and construction progress

  • Provide technical guidance to subcontractor teams

  • Review material deliveries against approved submittals and conduct material inspections

  • Raise and follow up on non-conformities and ensure rectification

  • Coordinate with civil, architectural and other disciplines to resolve site issues

  • Prepare technical queries, record field changes and manage variation documentation

  • Coordinate pressure testing, flushing and functional testing of fire protection systems

  • Support consultant and Saudi Civil Defense inspections

  • Prepare test records, snag lists and track defect rectification through project handover

Desired Candidate Profile

Option A:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / MEP Engineering / Fire Engineering

OR

Option B:

3-year College / Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electromechanical Technology

� Overseas qualifications must have a Saudi Ministry of Education equivalency certificate.

� SCE Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree holders must have a valid and active Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.

� Experience

Junior Site Engineer:

  • 2–4 years of on-site execution experience in Fire Protection or MEP construction projects within KSA

Senior Site Engineer:

  • Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience

  • Strong experience in fire protection system installation, testing & commissioning

  • Hands-on experience with Saudi project handover and Civil Defense inspection coordination
