Dar Al Dawa is seeking a qualified and motivated Architectural Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting architectural projects and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and design specifications for company facilities and projects. Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. Support the planning and implementation of construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects. Review technical drawings, material specifications, and contractor submissions to ensure compliance with approved designs and requirements. Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and adherence to approved budgets. Conduct site visits and inspections to verify that architectural works comply with approved plans and applicable regulations. Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, relevant safety requirements, and applicable engineering standards. Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates as required. Identify design or execution challenges and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions. Support the evaluation of contractors, suppliers, and technical proposals related to architectural works. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture. Saudi Nationals are preferred. Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience. Valid professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Good knowledge of architectural design principles, construction practices, and Saudi building regulations. Proficiency in Auto CAD and relevant architectural design software; knowledge of Revit is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
