Responsibilities: Prepare, design, and review architectural drawings and technical plans. Ensure designs comply with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and approved standards and specifications. Coordinate with various engineering disciplines, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, to ensure design integration. Conduct Value Engineering studies aimed at optimizing costs and increasing design efficiency. Follow up on Civil Defense requirements and finalize building permits and approvals through the Balady platform and relevant municipal systems. Review the scope of work in consultant and designer contracts to ensure project comprehensiveness and achieve the best project outcomes. Coordinate with external consultants and the internal technical office. Develop design ideas and concepts from initial visualizations to the preparation of detailed executive drawings. Prepare professional architectural presentations and design proposals for management and stakeholders. Conduct periodic site visits to verify execution compliance with approved designs. Prepare executive drawings and provide support to executive teams on-site when needed.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Proven experience in design and reviewing technical drawings and plans. Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC), specifications, and Civil Defense requirements. Must hold valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Excellent proficiency in design and architectural visualization software, including: Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, BIM, and Revit. PMP certification is preferred. Good proficiency in spoken and written English. The job is open to both men and women. For non-Saudi applicants: Must have a valid residency permit (Iqama) eligible for sponsorship transfer.
