Job Opportunity – Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with strong experience in marketing and customer engagement, preferably with a background in dental clinic or healthcare facility marketing.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.* At least 2 years of experience in marketing within dental clinics or a similar healthcare field.* Saudi national.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise the workflow of the Marketing Department and ensure a professional brand experience.* Monitor marketing campaign performance and ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.* Coordinate with dentists and nursing staff to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with clinic operations.* Support the Branch Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve branch objectives.* Ensure marketing content and campaigns comply with quality standards and patient privacy regulations.* Contribute to resolving daily marketing and promotional issues and provide recommendations to management.* Promote a positive brand image and motivate the team to achieve optimal marketing performance.* Monitor social media presence, patient engagement, and adherence to brand guidelines.
