Training Title:Architectural Engineering (Tamheer Program) Job Description:Assist in designing new buildings, additions, and modifications to existing buildings, provide support in the restoration and preservation of heritage and existing properties, and contribute to site selection, construction supervision, and the implementation of architectural designs in accordance with approved standards, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing architectural designs for construction projects and support the design team in selecting appropriate materials and developing technical specifications. Prepare architectural drawings, digital models, visual presentations, and physical or scaled models as required. Assist in evaluating and selecting contractors, materials, and other project requirements in coordination with relevant teams. Provide support throughout construction projects and monitor the implementation of approved architectural designs by contractors. Prepare, organize, present, and maintain specialized documents and reports related to engineering and construction projects, including project progress updates, in the relevant databases in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Support architectural design activities and review technical project deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with approved requirements. Assist relevant departments with design and development activities and contribute to the implementation of development plans and initiatives. Support the preparation and enhancement of technical presentations and project deliverables submitted to the Board of Directors, contributing to improved work quality and timely completion of tasks. Assist in the restoration, rehabilitation, and preservation of existing and heritage properties while considering applicable architectural and technical requirements. Perform other related duties and assignments within the scope of the training program as directed. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. Fresh graduate eligible for the Tamheer Program. Basic understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building materials. Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software such as Auto CAD, Revit, or similar applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to review architectural drawings, technical documents, and project deliverables with attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle project-related information professionally. Professional proficiency in Arabic and working knowledge of English. Program Duration:6 Months.
