Portal is a growing Riyadh-based developer crafting unique, high-end boutique hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, chalets, and premium F&B experiences across Saudi Arabia.
We're hiring a talented Senior Architect to join our in-house design team full-time. You'll lead architectural design and deliver photorealistic visualizations for boutique hospitality projects — from concept sketches to client presentations and construction-ready details.
Key Responsibilities:-Conceptual and detailed design for boutique hotels, resorts, and luxury F&B spaces-Produce high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and marketing visuals
Must-Have Qualifications:-Up to 5 years of professional experience (recent graduates with standout portfolios encouraged)-Exceptional talented eye for design demonstrated through a strong portfolio-Hospitality-related projects-Proficiency in at least two rendering/visualization tools: V-Ray, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, Corona Renderer-Solid skills in core tools: Auto CAD, Revit, and/or Sketch Up (strong Sketch Up experience is a major plus) Excellent English; Arabic a plus
