The position is full-time, and the company offers a competitive base salary ranging between 3,750 to 5,625 SAR, with potential additional performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide support and assistance to customers regarding the company’s products or services.
• Record and follow up on customer comments and complaints with the relevant departments to ensure resolution.
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

This role requires previous practical experience in the call center or customer service field.

• Previous experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in the call center or customer service field.
• Experience in medical-related fields is preferred.
• Job is exclusively for Saudi women.
