About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch - J02 is seeking an Ops. Integration Manager, Hub Delivery to join its last-mile delivery team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on enhancing delivery services and operational efficiency within a customer-centric environment. The Manager will be instrumental in driving the integration and standardization of Hub Delivery processes across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) AMZL Network.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Ops. Integration Manager will partner with various internal teams, including Country ACES, SnOP, Central Operations, AMZL Operations, and Product teams, to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery experiences. This position is critical for improving customer satisfaction, achieving operational excellence, and optimizing cost efficiency within the rapidly evolving delivery landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, model, and implement new operational processes for Hub Delivery across the KSA AMZL Network, ensuring scalability and alignment with network capacity planning.
• Drive improvement initiatives for existing processes to meet cost, quality, and customer experience goals, utilizing data-driven insights for prioritization.
• Gather and analyze operational data to establish network-wide standards in collaboration with cross-functional teams, promoting consistency and best practice adoption.
• Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders and stakeholders (Central Operations, SnOP, DSP teams, Country ACES) to identify improvement opportunities and remove operational barriers.
• Analyze and resolve operational blockers through root cause analysis, developing sustainable solutions to enhance network performance and partner experience.
• Innovate to continuously improve customer experience while reducing cost and complexity within the fulfillment network through process optimization and automation.
• Partner with Product teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review launch plans, pilot new features, and manage full-scale rollouts across the network with defined success metrics.
• Represent KSA Hub Delivery operations in regional and global forums, providing insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of driving measurable process improvements in last-mile delivery, logistics, or fulfillment operations.

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Excel, including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, and power pivots, along with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management, engaging with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
• Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau) or advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
