Overview:The Network Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and monitoring the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and continuous connectivity. The role focuses on network configuration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and resolving network-related incidents in accordance with defined SLAs and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:Provide advanced operational support for enterprise network infrastructure Ensure network availability and performance Resolve network related incidents and support problem management Execute approved network changes Support network recovery and service restoration activities
Talent Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in network support, administration, or operations
Job Nature:SITE, Project-Based.
