We are looking for an experienced and proactive Security & Safety Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. Requirements:· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security, Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in security and safety supervision.· Strong knowledge of security procedures, safety requirements, emergency response, and risk assessment.· Experience in supervising security and safety teams and monitoring site compliance.· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.· Good command of English is preferred.· Candidates currently residing in Riyadh are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:· Supervise and monitor security and safety operations.· Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations.· Conduct regular safety and security inspections and risk assessments.· Monitor emergency preparedness, fire safety, and incident response procedures.· Investigate incidents and prepare required reports.· Supervise security and safety personnel and ensure proper performance.· Coordinate with management, clients, contractors, and relevant authorities when required.
