About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a Safety and Security Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is designed for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to maintaining a safe and secure operational environment. The role focuses on conducting inspections, monitoring security systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting incident response and safety awareness initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure their timely resolution.
• Verify the readiness and functionality of all safety and security equipment.
• Monitor the performance and compliance of security guards.
• Oversee CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities.
• Provide support in the supervision of security personnel.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and escalate critical issues as required.
• Ensure strict compliance with established safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits, inspections, and the closure of identified findings.
• Support safety training programs, inductions, and awareness activities for staff.
• Monitor staff adherence to safety protocols and actively promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain accurate safety and security records and assist with comprehensive reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of safety regulations, security systems, and emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and access control technologies.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement effective preventive measures.
• Capability to respond effectively and efficiently to security or safety incidents.
