This role is ideal for a fashion professional who can combine creative design skills with exceptional client interaction and sales capabilities, contributing to a refined and personalized luxury shopping experience. Key Responsibilities• Develop and present fashion designs aligned with the brand’s identity and aesthetic.• Meet with clients, understand their preferences, requirements, and occasions.• Provide professional advice on silhouettes, fabrics, colors, embellishments, and design details.• Translate clients’ ideas and preferences into elegant and distinctive designs.• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional boutique experience.• Support the sales process by presenting suitable designs and products and assisting clients in making confident purchasing decisions.• Follow up on client requests, alterations, and design details to ensure satisfaction.• Stay updated with current fashion trends, luxury fashion, and emerging design concepts. Requirements• Proven experience in Fashion Design, preferably within Luxury Fashion, Evening Wear, Bridal, or Couture.• Strong knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, tailoring, embellishments, and fashion construction.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong customer service, sales, and persuasion skills.• Strong fashion sense with exceptional attention to detail.• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into creative design solutions.• Professional appearance and communication suitable for a luxury boutique environment.• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a high level of creativity and professionalism.
