About the Role Jamjoom Medical Industries is seeking a motivated and results-driven Product Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting medical equipment and surgical products, particularly operating room and laparoscopic solutions. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, providing product demonstrations and support, and contributing to sales growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities Promote and professionally present the company’s products to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion. Manage assigned accounts and contribute to achieving sales targets. Follow up on customer requirements, orders, and collections. Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular market updates. Coordinate with internal departments and submit regular sales and activity reports. Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers when required.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in sales or a related field. Previous exposure to operating room equipment, surgical products, or laparoscopic solutions is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of ERP systems is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and English. Valid driving license and own car. Willingness to travel as required.
