Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Joinery FF&E role based in Saudi Arabia with Alramsat Contracting Company. The Joinery FF&E professional is responsible for overseeing the design, specification, procurement, and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for residential, commercial, site supervision on the finishing carpenters , and hospitality projects. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project drawings and interior design concepts, preparing detailed joinery and FF&E schedules, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and ensuring all items meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. The role involves supervising site installation, verifying measurements, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all joinery, cabinetry, and furniture align with project standards and client expectations. The Joinery FF&E professional collaborates closely with project managers, designers, and site teams to maintain compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company procedures. Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of joinery, cabinetry, and FF&E materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes. Experience preparing detailed FF&E and joinery schedules, drawings, and specifications for construction and fit-out projects. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and interior design drawings, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proven ability to coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors, including negotiation and follow-up on deliveries. Experience supervising on-site installation and ensuring work quality, safety, and compliance with project standards. Strong project coordination and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Good communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams and clients. Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices in joinery and interior fit-out. Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with CAD or other design-related software is an advantage. Previous experience in joinery, interior fit-out, or FF&E roles, preferably within the construction or contracting industry. Relevant technical diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia and adapt to local working practices and cultural norms.
