We are looking for an experienced OGL Oracle Guided Learning Developer to join our banking project team in Riyadh. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining interactive guided learning content for Oracle applications to drive user adoption and process efficiency across the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop OGL Content: Create and maintain Interactive Walkthroughs, Smart Tips, Task Lists, Messages, and contextual help for Oracle Banking applications
- Process Mapping: Analyze banking business processes and convert them into user-friendly guided learning content
- Configuration & Deployment: Configure, test, and publish OGL content in Oracle applications. Perform validation before go-live
- Customization: Customize OGL guides using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where required
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, SMEs, functional consultants, and QA/testing teams
- Maintenance: Update OGL content post application releases, patches, and enhancements
- Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot OGL issues, optimize guide performance, and support user adoption/change management initiatives
- Agile Delivery: Follow Agile/Scrum practices and maintain proper documentation standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Experience: 3-5+ years in Oracle Applications with 1-2+ years hands-on in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL)
- Technical Skills: Strong experience in developing OGL content: Walkthroughs, Smart Tips, Task Lists Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for OGL customization Familiarity with Oracle Banking/ERP/Fusion applications is a plus Basic SQL and understanding of Oracle application structure
- Functional Knowledge: Understanding of banking processes and how to translate them into training content
- Other Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
- Preferred QualificationsOracle Cloud certification in HCM/ERP/SCM Prior experience in BFSI/Banking domain projects Experience with UPK, OJT, or other digital adoption tools
