Roles & Responsibilities

1. Creative delivery : Identify and stay up to date with emerging content, storytelling, and copywriting trends across platforms. Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling, on-brand written content. Develop clear concepts, headlines, taglines, scripts, and long/short-form copy aligned with campaign objectives . Present copy concepts and messaging rationales to key stakeholders when required. Finalize copy assets ready for publishing across digital, print, and offline channels

2 Projects Delivery : Support annual brand and campaign plans by contributing copy requirements across key initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery. Liaise with external vendors or agencies when needed to review and refine copy execution. Ensure copy is delivered within agreed timelines and aligned with project scope.

3 Brand Copy Library: Establish and maintain a structured repository for all brand copy assets. Build and manage a centralized copy library (headlines, taglines, campaign copy, tone references, scripts). Ensure version control and easy accessibility for internal stakeholders.

4 Brand Voice & Guidelines : Understand and apply Global Brand Guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks. Ensure all written content reflects the brand s personality, values, and positioning. Maintain consistency and compliance across all internal and external communications. Review agency-produced copy and provide clear feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards.

5 Cross Functional Projects: Support Marketing teams and cross-functional departments with copywriting needs. Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, product teams, and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns. Adapt messaging for different audiences, channels, and business objectives

6 Planning and control: Prepare weekly status updates on copy deliverables and ongoing projects. Clearly communicate content timelines, dependencies, and deadlines to stakeholders. Maintain and track time allocation across projects to support workload planning and prioritization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of marketing concepts, campaign execution, and brand communications.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging content across multiple formats.
  • Experience writing for digital platforms (web, social media, email, app, scripts); experience with video or multimedia content is a plus.
  • Good understanding of content adaptation across channels, including digital and print environments.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and deliver copy projects efficiently within timelines.
  • Previous experience in a Creative or Branding Agency is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Minimum of 2 4 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or marketing communications.
