Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for overseeing end-to-end ticketing operations and service delivery. This role manages daily production workflows for ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal standards and partner requirements. The Production Manager coordinates with technology, customer support, and commercial teams to optimize processes, resolve operational issues, and implement improvements that enhance the traveler experience. Key responsibilities include monitoring system performance, managing production schedules, maintaining quality control, and preparing operational reports and performance metrics. The role also involves leading and mentoring production staff, aligning resources with demand, and supporting the rollout of new ticketing features and services.

Qualifications Demonstrated experience in production or operations management, ideally within travel, hospitality, or ticketing services. Strong skills in workflow optimization, process improvement, and quality assurance in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with ticketing platforms, reservation systems, and basic data analysis tools to monitor performance and identify trends. Effective people management capabilities, including team leadership, coaching, scheduling, and performance oversight. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technology, customer service, and commercial teams to achieve operational goals. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working on-site in the Riyadh Region and familiarity with regional travel and hospitality markets is beneficial.
