Job Purpose To support plant reliability by performing QA/QC inspections and executing Instrumentation & Control (I&C) maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, in line with quality, safety, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities QA/QC & Inspections Conduct routine inspections of static equipment and monitor maintenance quality. Maintain inspection reports, equipment history, and documentation. Ensure compliance with quality standards and IMS (QMS, EMS, OHSAS). Assist in condition monitoring activities (vibration, temperature, performance tracking). Support review of contractor activities to ensure adherence to quality requirements. Instrumentation & Control Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of I&C systems. Assist in troubleshooting instrumentation issues to ensure smooth plant operations. Perform testing and validation of equipment after maintenance. Support maintenance planning and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and QA teams for task execution. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports. Support spare parts tracking and basic inventory coordination. Health, Safety & Compliance Follow all HSE policies and ensure safe working practices. Ensure adherence to organizational procedures and quality standards. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, maintenance, or I&C within power plant/utilities/industrial environment.
