Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist owns the company's full digital presence — from paid campaign execution to content creation and inbound lead generation.
Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and Linked In — including budget management, creative direction, A/B testing, and CAC tracking Manage inbound lead generation through digital channels and own top-of-funnel performance Build and manage social media presence across Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, X, and Tik Tok Create bilingual Arabic and English content across formats — copy, visuals, and short-form video Monitor platform analytics and translate performance data into actionable reporting
Requirements:1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related role Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms Hands-on experience planning and executing paid social and search campaigns Strong copywriting and storytelling skills Comfortable on camera and proficient with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, Cap Cut, or equivalent) Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools This role requires creating and managing content in both Arabic and English for the Saudi market Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional certifications in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing are an advantage

Compensation: Base salary + sales-based commission
