Key Responsibilities

Emergency Medical Response Provide immediate first aid, emergency medical treatment, and stabilization for employees, contractors, and visitors. Assess medical incidents and determine the appropriate level of care and escalation. Coordinate ambulance services and facilitate transfer to hospitals or emergency facilities when required. Respond promptly to workplace accidents, injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
Occupational Health Support Conduct routine health assessments and monitor employee fitness for duty where applicable. Maintain medical records and incident reports in compliance with company policies and local regulations. Monitor and maintain site clinic readiness and medical inventory.
Administration & Compliance Ensure all medical equipment, emergency kits, AEDs, and supplies are functional and adequately stocked. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly medical activity reports. Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, company policies, and construction safety standards.
Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or related healthcare field. Valid Paramedic license/certification as required by local regulatory authorities.
Experience1–5 years of experience as a Paramedic, preferably in construction, industrial, oil & gas, or large project environments.
