Leminar Air Conditioning Industries is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Executive to spearhead our market expansion in the Jeddah region. This field-based role is critical to re-establishing the company’s local presence and building strong B2B relationships with key stakeholders in the Saudi construction sector. The successful candidate will focus on marketing and promoting our range of HVAC metal ducts, dampers, and related fabrication solutions to major MEP contractors and consultants.

Reporting to : Area Manager (Riyadh Office)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Probation Period: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Market Development: Actively work to register the company's presence as a local Saudi entity by introducing our products to new clients and contractors.
- Client Engagement: Conduct two to three high-quality, qualitative field visits daily with key clients such as Saudi Binladin Group, Red Sea Global, PIF companies, and other major contractors.
- Sales Strategy: Schedule and manage independent meetings to introduce HVAC metal ducts and dampers, and register client interest in upcoming projects.
- Lead Generation: Identify and secure project opportunities within B2B environments, including malls, stadiums, hospitals, and residential villas.
- Brand Awareness: Drive marketing and promotional activities to increase brand recognition and position the company as a preferred supplier for HVAC solutions.
- Reporting: Maintain regular communication with the Riyadh office, providing both qualitative and quantitative updates on sales activities and market trends.

Skills
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the HVAC, construction, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently from a home-office base.
- Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills are essential for engaging with high-level construction consultants and contractors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field such as Engineering (MIS or Mechanical preferred).
- Logistics: Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily field visits.
