Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using industry-standard tools.
- Support cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Track project progress and performance against baseline plans.
- Help prepare regular project reports, including schedule updates and cost analysis.
- Monitor risks and contribute to mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain project control documentation.
- Support change management processes and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of project controls tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
