Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using industry-standard tools.
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Track project progress and performance against baseline plans.
• Help prepare regular project reports, including schedule updates and cost analysis.
• Monitor risks and contribute to mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain project control documentation.
• Support change management processes and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of project controls tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
