Job Title: OCM Consultant (Organizational Change Management) Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia Role Overview: The OCM Consultant drives successful adoption of the OTM solution by managing change impacts, communication, training, and user readiness across the organization. Key Responsibilities:Assess organizational change impacts arising from OTM implementation Develop and execute change management and communication strategies Design and deliver role-based training programs Create user guides, SOPs, and training materials Support business users during transition and go-live Identify and mitigate adoption risks and resistance Key Requirements:6â€“9 years of experience in change management or training roles Experience in ERP or supply chain transformation programs Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills Change management certification preferred
