As a Transport & Traffic Engineer, you will support the real estate development projects by ensuring that all transportation and traffic systems are safe, efficient, and fully compliant with regulations. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, planners, and local authorities to deliver high-quality traffic solutions that enhance mobility and community well-being.
Key Responsibilities Conduct Traffic Impact Assessments (TIA) for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Develop traffic management plans and transportation strategies aligned with project objectives. Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national transportation regulations and standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, urban planners, and external consultants. Liaise with government agencies and local authorities for approvals and technical submissions. Analyze traffic data and propose effective solutions to improve road safety and accessibility. Review site layouts to optimize traffic flow, parking design, access points, and pedestrian safety.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning. Strong knowledge of traffic modeling software and regulatory requirements. Experience preparing and reviewing Traffic Impact Studies. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
