Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: New project acquisition and increasing market share in the aluminum and glass sector.
  • Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
  • Site Visits: Conducting regular site visits to project locations and clients to market products and understand needs.
  • Technical Study: Providing technical consultations regarding aluminum quality, types, and specifications.
  • Sales Proposals: Preparing and evaluating technical and commercial proposals and specifications.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating prices and payment terms and closing deals.
  • Post-Sale Follow-Up: Ensuring customer satisfaction and following up on documentation retrieval.
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring competitors and providing regular reports on market performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience of 2-5 years as a sales representative in the aluminum, glass, or construction materials sector.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminum products (profiles, glass, accessories).
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build professional networks.
