About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Hotel General Manager to lead the full operations of our property in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
- Oversee all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Security
- Uphold and continuously elevate service standards to ensure consistent guest satisfaction
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution
Financial Performance
- Own the property's P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Drive revenue through strategic pricing, occupancy management, and ancillary sales
- Report performance metrics and KPIs to ownership/board on a regular basis
People & Culture
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a motivated, service-driven team
- Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and Vision 2030 Saudization targets
Sales & Stakeholder Relations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to grow corporate accounts, online presence, and direct bookings
- Maintain strong relationships with ownership, investors, and community partners
- Represent the property at industry events and networking forums
