The client is looking at hiring a Clarity (PPM) Developer for their team at Riyadh.
Client is seeking an experienced Clarity PPM Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise project portfolio management solutions using Clarity (formerly CA PPM / Broadcom Clarity). The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Clarity configuration, integrations, and database-level development, along with hands-on experience in supporting business processes in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and customize solutions within Clarity PPM based on business requirements • Configure portlets, workflows, GEL scripts, and processes • Develop and maintain XOG integrations and web services (SOAP/REST) • Work on NSQL queries, advanced reporting, and data extraction • Manage Clarity Studio configurations including objects, attributes, and UI enhancements • Perform database-level development (Oracle/SQL Server) for performance optimization and reporting • Integrate Clarity with third-party systems such as ERP, HRMS, and financial systems • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance • Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and PMOs to translate requirements into technical solutions • Participate in upgrade, patching, and migration activities
Required Skills & Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with Clarity PPM (Broadcom Clarity) • Expertise in: • GEL Scripting • XOG (XML Open Gateway) • NSQL Queries & Portlet Development • Clarity Studio & Process Automation • Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL (Oracle preferred) • Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations • Solid understanding of PPM concepts (Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financial Management) • Experience in Jaspersoft / Clarity reporting tools is a plus • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • Experience working in banking or enterprise environments is highly preferred • Exposure to data governance, financial modules, or resource management within Clarity is an advantage

• Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia • Transferable Iqama is mandatory
