We are hiring " Regional Business Development – GCC " has the passion to be involved in training and learning industry.
Responsibilities: Identify potential business opportunities through market research and trend analysis. Manage and monitor training projects, collecting client feedback to identify development areas. Handle client training requests and coordinate delivery. Make sales calls, prepare and send proposals, and attend meetings with potential clients. Understand client needs and recommend tailored learning solutions in coordination with internal teams (Learning Design, Marketing, etc.). Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Present and explain Skills Bank’s services and solutions to potential clients.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree.2-4 years of experience in consultancy and/or training industry. Previous experience working with GCC / Gulf market clients is a strong plus. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Flexible, agile, and results-driven mindset.
