Role Purpose We are looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about crafting seamless, user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will design end-to-end user journeys that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. You will translate research insights and product requirements into intuitive flows, interfaces, and prototypes, while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Using data, testing, and continuous feedback, you will refine and scale experiences that solve real user problems and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Accountabilities1. UX/UI Design & Delivery Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Design end-to-end user experiences aligned with product and business goals Create high-quality UI designs for web and mobile platforms Maintain and contribute to design systems (components, typography, color, spacing) Produce development-ready, annotated design files with states and edge cases Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle Key Deliverables:User flows and journey maps Low- and high-fidelity wireframes Interactive prototypes Final UI designs and design system components Annotated design documentation2. UX Research & Insights Advocate for users by applying a user-centered design approach Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking Synthesize research into actionable insights and opportunity areas Define and track UX and business success metrics Key Deliverables:Research plans and discussion guides Personas and Jobs-to-be-Done frameworks Insight reports and synthesis presentations Usability testing plans and findings reports Problem and opportunity statements Main Stakeholders Marketing Team Product Managers Engineering Teams External Vendors Experience & Skills Experience:3–5 years of experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design Technical & Professional Skills:Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and similar tools Strong visual design, communication, and storytelling skills Ability to translate business requirements into effective UX solutions Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices Systems thinking with a focus on scalability and consistency Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale Strong time management and attention to detail Additional Requirements Portfolio showcasing UX/UI and presentation design work Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
