Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatching Administrator based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for coordinating and managing the daily dispatching of technicians, drivers, or service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities include scheduling and allocating resources, monitoring job progress, maintaining accurate dispatch logs and work orders, and ensuring effective communication between field teams and clients. The Dispatching Administrator will handle customer inquiries, manage rescheduling requests, and support supervisors with operational reporting to ensure all activities are aligned with company procedures and client service standards.
Qualifications2–4 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or administrative support roles Experience with dispatch software or Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems Familiarity with work order management and service record documentation Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Familiarity with dispatching platforms such as Service Now, SAP, or Oracle Field Service is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred Customer service or dispatch-related certifications are considered an advantage
