Role purpose As a CRO Specialist, you’ll turn onsite behavior into growth. Your mission is to increase conversion, reduce funnel leakage, and speed up purchase decisions through structured testing, sharp insights, and fast execution. You will work directly on our Salla store experience, improving key moments like category discovery, product pages, cart, and checkout.
What you’ll own The onsite conversion funnel (Landing → PLP → PDP → Cart → Checkout) A steady flow of experiments that improve performance without breaking brand experience Clear tracking of impact: what changed, why it changed, and what it delivered What you’ll do Run ongoing CRO audits to identify friction points and conversion blockers across the Salla journey. Build a prioritized experimentation roadmap using frameworks like ICE / PIE (impact > effort > speed). Launch and evaluate A/B tests for layouts, banners, CTAs, product sorting, and key PDP elements. Improve cart and checkout performance by reducing steps, clarifying messaging, and strengthening trust elements. Optimize PDP experience (clarity, benefits, sizing, visuals/video, FAQs, shipping/returns reassurance). Work with merchandising/catalog to improve findability: search behavior, filters, attributes, and category structure. Partner with content/studio teams to ensure every test variation is on-brand, high-quality, and ready to buy. Collaborate with performance marketing to align landing pages and onsite journeys with campaigns (the site completes the ad). Use tools like GA4 and behavior analytics (Hotjar/Clarity or similar) to track user actions and uncover insights. Translate insights into clear tickets/briefs and follow through until changes go live on Salla. Success metrics (how we measure wins) Conversion Rate (CR) Revenue per Visitor (RPV) Add-to-Cart Rate Checkout Completion Rate Cart/Checkout drop-off reduction Experiment velocity (tests shipped per month) + measurable uplifts What you bring2–5+ years in CRO, E-commerce Growth, or UX optimization (fashion/retail is a strong plus). Hands-on experience running A/B tests and interpreting results correctly. Strong understanding of e-commerce UX patterns and purchase psychology. Solid analytics skills: GA4, dashboards, funnels, segmentation (Power BI is a plus). Salla experience is required: you understand how Salla works, what can be configured, and how to move fast on it.
