Role Description We are seeking Waiters and Head Waiters for full-time, on-site positions at our location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Head Waiter will also oversee the team, manage service operations, and train staff to meet TAV's high-quality standards. Both roles play an essential part in delivering exceptional service, upholding our brand values, and creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills to provide an exceptional guest experience and effectively address inquiries. Knowledge of food and beverage offerings and prior experience in food service environments. Organizational skills to manage table settings, order accuracy, and seamless dining operations. Leadership skills and experience in team coordination for Head Waiter roles. A positive, professional attitude with attention to cleanliness and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including evenings, holidays, and weekends. Previous experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant is advantageous.
