I am currently partnering with the market’s leading Tech Consultancy to find 2 ambitious Service Now Presales Architects to drive some of the largest digital transformation programs in the region.
This role is about sitting with CIOs and CTOs, understanding complex business pain points, and architecting high-value solutions that redefine how enterprises operate. You will work closely with Sales and Delivery teams to define winning strategies.
What makes you the right fit?8-12 years in Presales/Consulting with a deep Service Now pedigree (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.). You have hands-on Service Now depth but lead with a business-first, value-driven mindset. You don't just see modules; you see roadmaps, governance, and ROI. You’re comfortable defending commercial value and navigating complex RFP/bid environments. Arabic speaker
