Key Responsibilities:Support daily operational activities permits and process coordination Assist with facility management tasks including maintenance coordination and space management Help implement and monitor health and safety protocols and compliance requirements Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, and data entry Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflows Participate in process improvement initiatives across all operational areas Requirements:Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Facility Management or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Team player with willingness to learn
