Company Description Crispy Co is a fast-growing foodservice brand specializing in premium French fries designed specifically for restaurant operations. We are seeking a professional Field B2B Sales Executive to expand our restaurant customer network across Jeddah and manage the full customer cycle — from acquisition to collections and compliance.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jeddah for a Sales Executive at Crispy Co. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Key Responsibilities Conduct daily field visits to restaurants across Jeddah Identify and acquire new clients based on target customer profile. Present products professionally and conducts trial session with decision makers. Negotiate and close supply agreements and onboard new customers Build long-term relationships with owners, chefs, and purchasing managers Achieve monthly sales targets and territory growth Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of supply Manage collections and follow up on outstanding receivables Monitor customer credit status and ensure adherence to agreed payment terms Coordinate with finance regarding delays or payment issues Conduct Customer KYC and collect required documentation for compliance Verify business licenses, registrations, and operational details before onboarding Maintain organized customer records and documentation Monitor market trends and competitor activity and report insights Always represent the company professionally
Requirements Proven B2B sales experience (HoReCa / foodservice preferred) Comfortable with full-time outdoor field work Must own a car and hold a valid driving license (mandatory) Strong knowledge of Jeddah areas and restaurant clusters Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented personality Arabic required; English is an advantage
