Job Summary: The Senior Product Lead of Corporate Digital Banking for our client is responsible for owning the business vision, functional roadmap, and product definition of the e Corp platform for the Bank. This role acts as the business authority and subject matter expert for Corporate Digital Banking, ensuring that all e Corp capabilities are designed, prioritized, and planned in line with the business strategy, client needs, and market best practices.
This position requires deep hands-on knowledge of Corporate Digital Banking and will lead the definition of modules, features, customer journeys, and functional requirements. The role will act as the proxy Product Manager for e Corp at the bank, deciding what should be built, why it should be built, and how it should work from a business perspective.
The role works very closely with Business Functional Analysts (BA & FA team), Product, Delivery, and Technology teams, providing detailed business direction, drafting requirements, and ensuring that solutions are fit for purpose, user-centric, and aligned with the corporate banking strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
e Corp Strategic & Roadmap Ownership • Own and drive the strategic roadmap of the e Corp platform for the bank. • Define which modules, features, and capabilities should be built and prioritized, and clearly articulate the business rationale behind them. • Continuously assess business needs, market trends, and client feedback to evolve the roadmap. • Act as the main authority on e Corp functional scope and direction for the bank.
Product Definition & Functional Leadership • Lead the definition of features, functionalities, and business requirements across all e Corp modules. • Design and document end-to-end customer journeys for corporate users in collaboration with the BA & FA Team. • Lead the definition of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the BA & FA Team.

Subject Matter Expertise & Business Advisory
as the go-to SME for Corporate Digital Banking. Provide expert input on best practices, industry standards, and functional design. Support the client in digital corporate banking journeys aligned with their business strategy. Challenge requirements when needed to ensure simplicity, usability, and business value.
Collaboration with FA Team & Delivery
Work very closely with Functional Analysts (FA team members) on a daily basis. Guide, review, and validate functional analysis outputs. Ensure that requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and implementation-ready. Act as the business reference point for all functional questions during design and build phases. Support delivery teams by clarifying business intent and expected behaviour.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work directly with the clients business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements. Lead business workshops, requirement sessions, and design reviews. Ensure alignment between the clients business expectations and delivered functionality. Build strong credibility as a trusted business partner and advisor.
Key Skills & Experience:
Corporate Digital Banking Expertise Strong hands-on experience in Corporate Digital Banking platforms. Deep functional knowledge of:Cash Management Payments (domestic & international) Corporate Onboarding Account Services Trade Finance (highly desirable) Supply Chain Finance (highly desirable) Solid understanding of corporate client workflows and operational realities.

Product & Functional Design Experience Proven experience in product management, business analysis, or functional leadership roles.
Strong ability to:
Define product roadmaps Design customer journeysuser stories Produce BRDs and FADsExperience acting as Product Owner / Proxy Product Manager / SME in digital banking initiatives.
