Role Statement:The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies across AlSafi’s portfolio in Saudi Arabia. The primary purpose of this role is to enable accelerated, profitable brand growth & flawless execution of the brand calendar. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement) to drive execution-excellence of the brand marketing agenda. The role requires effective navigation across organization levels, ranging from managing junior brand associates, leading project taskforces, to interacting independently with senior leadership to ensure seamless project management and calendar alignment.

Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Growth - Lead development and execution of marketing strategies for AlSafi brand, aligned with brand guidelines and catering to local consumer needs. Ensure flawless execution brand calendar through project management excellence. Innovation & Portfolio Management - Drive innovation expansion in close collaboration with R&D and cross-functional project teams (line extensions, pack/price changes, & limited-edition news). Responsible for post launch tracking & action planning for respective brand launches to secure scale up and successful performance. Consumer & Market Insights - Demonstrate deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy. Leverage insights to design impactful campaigns and activations. Integrated Marketing Communications – Plan/execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns to build equity & drive conversion. Manage media/creative agencies, ensuring quality execution. Trade & Channel Activation - Partner with Trade Marketing & Sales teams to deliver strong in-store visibility & activations. Ensure effective execution of campaigns across different trade channels. Budget & Performance Management - Manage marketing budgets effectively with strong ROI focus. Track and evaluate campaign performance against KPIs, optimizing for future activities. Leadership & Collaboration – Lead/coach direct marketing team as well as cross-functional project teams. Drive collaboration across internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Skills & Experience Required:8+ years’ FMCG marketing experience, preferably with knowledge in Dairy segment. Good understanding of E2E business value chain (ideation to execution). Strong Analytical thinking to identify challenges & propose feasible solutions. Results-oriented with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership – can operate well within a low resource, fast-paced cross-functional environment High level of business acumen – commercially & organizationally savvy. Budget management and P&L acumen. Exceptional team leader with strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to influence at all levels and comfortable managing conflict Proven commercial project leadership/management skills, ability to manage complex functional interdependencies in project timelines Strong process thinker committed to driving process efficiency, strength in data analysis and interpretation to develop business recommendations Strong digital and e-commerce marketing knowledge.
