Administrative Assistant / Secretary Trainee (Tamheer Program)
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Secretary Trainee to join our organization through Tamheer Program. This role is primarily secretarial in nature and provides the trainee with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sector aligned with their area of interest, while supporting different departments with daily administrative and secretarial tasks.
Responsibilities:Act as a departmental secretary, providing administrative and clerical support. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for managers and teams. Prepare, format, and file official correspondence, letters, reports, and documents. Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and internal communications professionally. Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy). Follow up on requests, approvals, and action items across departments. Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items. Support coordination of meetings, workshops, and internal events. Perform other secretarial and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:Minimum Diploma degree. Eligible for the Tamheer program (HRDF).
Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Good command of written and spoken English. Professional communication and telephone etiquette. High level of organization, accuracy, and confidentiality. Ability to multitask and work with multiple departments. Positive attitude and attention to detail.
