We’re hiring an experienced IT Command Center & Service Management Lead to oversee enterprise IT operations, major incidents, and service continuity in a large, complex environment.
The role combines strategic oversight, operational leadership, and process governance to ensure business-critical services run smoothly.
What you’ll do:Lead a 24x7 Enterprise Command Center Oversee Major Incident, Problem, Change, ITAM, and SLA management Drive operational resilience, service visibility, and continuous improvement Act as a senior escalation point during critical incidents Align Command Center operations with DR/BCP readiness
What we’re looking for:10+ years in IT Operations / IT Service Management5+ years in Command Center or NOC leadership Strong ITIL process knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem, SLAs) Experience with enterprise monitoring & ITSM platforms (e.g. Service Now, Opentext, Dynatrace) Background in regulated or large-scale environments preferred
