Job Description: We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to lead IT and organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage projects, implement change processes, and ensure compliance with ITIL and PMI standards.
Key Responsibilities:Lead change initiatives and technical projects using change management frameworks. Apply Kotter 8-Step Process, COBIT, and ITIL best practices. Use platforms such as Azure, Service Now, Dev Ops, GCP, AWS for change management. Work with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth implementation. Mandatory Certifications:PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ITIL 4 Foundation ITIL 4 Practitioner: Release Management Preferred Skills:Project and risk management Stakeholder communication and leadership IT governance and process improvement Education:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
