Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth and customer acquisition across the Saudi market within the F&B / Retail sector. This role requires strong local market knowledge, cultural awareness, and hands-on experience executing marketing strategies tailored to Saudi consumer behaviour.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning with operational execution, driving footfall, brand awareness, and revenue growth across physical and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Saudi Arabia aligned with business growth objectives Lead brand positioning, campaigns, and promotional strategies tailored to the local market Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, in-store, CRM, influencers, partnerships, PR) Manage new store openings, product launches, and seasonal campaigns Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity within KSACollaborate closely with operations, merchandising, and leadership teams Manage agency relationships and external vendors Oversee marketing budget planning and ROI tracking Ensure all campaigns align with Saudi regulations and cultural expectations
Requirements5-8+ years of marketing experience within F&B or Retail Proven experience working within the Saudi market (essential) Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills Strong understanding of Saudi consumer behaviour and market trends Experience managing both offline and digital campaigns Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through marketing initiatives Experience with store launches and promotional activations preferred Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
