Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Investment Head – Real Estate to lead investment planning, feasibility analysis, fund management, and development strategy across the real estate portfolio. The role is responsible for maximizing investment returns, overseeing budgets and treasury operations, and supporting strategic decision-making at a senior level.
???? Key Responsibilities Investment & Feasibility Prepare, review, and validate financial feasibility studies for real estate developments. Evaluate new investment opportunities and development proposals. Conduct market, financial, and risk analysis to support investment decisions. Fund Management Manage real estate investment funds and capital allocation. Monitor fund performance, cash flows, and investor returns. Coordinate with investors, banks, and financial institutions. Development Strategy Develop and implement real estate development strategies aligned with business objectives. Support deal structuring, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Work closely with development, design, and project management teams. Budget & Financial Control Oversee budget preparation and monitoring for real estate projects. Track development costs, forecasts, and variances. Ensure financial discipline and cost optimization. Treasury Operations Manage treasury functions including cash management, financing, and debt servicing. Coordinate funding requirements and financial planning. Ensure compliance with financial policies and governance standards. Reporting & Governance Prepare investment papers and presentations for senior management and investment committees. Report on investment performance, risks, and growth opportunities.✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field (7–14 years of experience in real estate investment and development. Strong expertise in feasibility studies, fund management, and treasury operations. Proven experience in budget monitoring and development strategy.
