Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Growth to lead and drive Boxon’s growth initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop long-term partnerships, and design strategies to expand market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development.
Responsibilities Leading business development efforts across Saudi Arabia with a clear focus on growth and long-term partnerships. Identifying new business opportunities and turning leads into lasting relationships. Building and maintaining strong connections with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Developing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating deals at a senior level. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to help us stay one step ahead. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment across departments. Representing the company at events, networking functions, and client meetings. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs. Researching business opportunities and viable income streams. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Analyze market needs and recommend new services and business offerings. Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements. Develop and implement business growth strategies tailored to the KSA market. Identify and allocate resources needed to achieve business growth objectives. Lead the set-up of Boxon's Saudi Arabia office, including resource planning and management of the business growth team. Recruit and hire members for the business growth team. Mentor and guide team members to ensure high performance. Set performance goals and monitor progress to drive business growth. Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance for professional development. Support onboarding and training of new hires to ensure smooth integration into the team. Assist team members with career growth by identifying training opportunities and promoting skill development.

Required Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales. Strong track record in driving revenue and leading complex negotiations. Experience working in the Saudi market (and a good understanding of local business culture).
